"Hello World"
Nothing could be more appropriate to introduce this blog then to have the blog introduce itself to the world. I have been told that in the programming world and the world of computer science, every programmer's first program is the hello world program. All it does is return the phrase "hello world" to the programmer. This is the program of choice regardless of the type of language the programmer is using. I find that programing is a fundamental skill that is required by many openings in the job market regardless of whether one uses it or not. In the next 20 years, programming will be an essential skill and become standardized into the normal school system.
Law school on the other hand will always be an option for fewer people. Lawyers in the future should know elementary programming so that they are more adaptable to tasks that may arise in the future. This brings me to a blog that I frequent these days:

This is one of the blogs that I am going to be following closely throughout college and hopefully through law school. One of the more recent posts actually is the reason why I am going to start blogging. Blogging is a way to write not only for oneself, but also for others. My experiences and situations will benefit some readers. By blogging, I aim to improve my writing and also my typing ( I type at a measly 20 words a minute, so I definitely need to improve.)
The title of the blog, Stepping Stones, is drawn from what I think that life should be like. Occasionally you are going to need to take a couple steps back to find the better path across. Writing regularly is going to be my main goal, so wish me luck and good night!
